For general questions, calculation help, broker support requests, or anything else — email us directly. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.

Report a Bug

If the calculator couldn’t process your file or produced an incorrect result — we want to know. As a thank-you for helping us improve, we’ll send you a discount coupon.

Email us and attach the file that caused the problem. To help us reproduce it quickly, please include:

• The CSV or statement file that triggered the issue
• Which broker it came from (Trading 212, Schwab, IBKR, and so on)
• The result you expected, and what the calculator showed instead
• The tax year you were calculating

Your file stays between us and is only used to reproduce the problem.
